How it Works
Schedule
Click the Schedule button at the top of the page to go to our Square booking site. Select a pickup time that works best for you on the next available business day. You will receive a text message from us confirming your appointment time.
We use the highest quality detergents possible to remove stains and refresh your clothes. We also have an option for allergies and sensitive skin, just leave a note when scheduling if you need something specific.
Please also include any other notes such as: special wash instructions, apartment numbers, or gate access codes. If you were referred by someone, please include their name in the notes section when scheduling your first pickup.
Pickup
We will send you a text reminder approximately one hour before your scheduled pickup time to let you know we’re on the way. We can provide our own bags to use for pickup if you don’t want to bag them.
The price is based on weight at $2.35/Lb for delivery the next day. If you’d like to add a card on file to make it easier, we can send you a text with the total weight once we put it all on the scale at the laundromat. We also have a hand scale that we can use if you’d like to pay without a card.

Processing
Quality above everything. We treat your clothing with love as if it were our own. We understand your favorite t-shirt has memories and is irreplaceable. We take pride in our work, and we want you to be impressed every time.
We check the pockets for loose change or other items and separate the clothes by type and color. Stubborn stains are treated before wash, and whites are bleached. Your clothing is carefully washed and dried, and some items can be hang-dried based on your preferences.
Once completed, your clothes are then ironed or folded neatly into separated stacks based on size and type. Then, your items are placed in sealed clear bags and vacuum sealed for delivery.
Delivery
We will work with you to find a good time for delivery that fits your schedule. You will receive a text notification letting you know that we’re on the way.
Your Fresh Fit will arrive clean and sealed, drawer-ready. Drop off is quick and easy so you can get back to the rest of your day.
